I love being able to put these on and take them off without removing my shoes. They also really stay in place and leave plenty of skin on the back of the knee for that knee grip. Excellent knee pad!

Ive done both floorwork classes and a pole class with these knee pads and I LOVE them. As a sensitive knee girly they feel thicker than expected amd offer full coverage, they dont pinch my knee in the back like some velcro kneepads, and have lots of room for pole grip in the knee pit as well!
