Return Window Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your package arriving.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Your return package must be dropped off at a carrier of your choice within 14 days of receiving your package in order for your return to be approved upon arrival. Once we receive your item and confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges! Please note that exchanges are only available for a different size or color of the same item — we are unable to exchange for a different style. To request an exchange, please reach out to us at info@thepoleedit.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help.
