Refund policy
We want you in the right fit. Because our pieces are intimate activewear, here's exactly how returns and exchanges work at The Pole Edit.
Returns & exchanges — your choice
Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Choose whatever works best for you:

A free size exchange for a different size,

A full refund to your original payment method, or
-
Store credit + a 10% bonus — a little extra to spend, and it never expires.
If you'd like an exchange but your size is sold out, just choose a refund or bonus store credit instead.
Condition
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, bottoms and bodysuits must have the hygiene liner intact and in place. We can't accept intimate items whose protective liner has been removed, unstuck, or tampered with.
Sale & discounted items
Anything bought on sale or discount — including pieces from The Edit Sale — can be returned for store credit only. Items marked clearance will be final sale, and cannot be returned.
Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items, where we cover it (see below).
Exchange shipping. When you exchange for a different size, we ship your replacement out free — you'll never pay shipping twice. Sending the original item back to us is your responsibility, or we can provide a prepaid label that will be deducted from your refund. If the exchange is because we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, we cover shipping both ways.
Defective or incorrect items
If something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover the shipping:

Email us at info@thepoleedit.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we confirm it, we'll send a prepaid return label and issue your choice of a full refund or a free replacement.
